One firm. A portfolio across the AI stack.
Garnet Grid Consulting LLC
Garnet is the flagship. Behind it sits a company building and operating across infrastructure, agents, knowledge, and consumer AI.
The core
What powers a Garnet build.
| Garnet Uncensored™ | Your private AI, running entirely on hardware in your building. Your own rules on your own material, and everything staying in your building. |
|---|---|
| Garnet Mesh™ | Mesh your own machines into a single private AI. Capacity grows; everything stays in the building. |
| The full generation range | Text, image, video, 3D, audio, and code, all generated on hardware in your building. |
The portfolio
Built and operated across the stack.
Garnet Grid owns and runs a set of properties spanning the AI landscape. Four are live and linked below; VertSolutions is in-house, with a public site still to come.
| VertSolutions | Generative-engine optimization and AI-search visibility for businesses. In-house, with publication still to come, so the link follows later. |
|---|---|
| The Agent Marketplace | A marketplace for AI agents and automations. |
| The Garnet Wiki | An open knowledge base for private and local AI. |
| The Garnet Journal | Writing and research on where AI is going, and who owns it. |
| The Internet's Wishing Well | A consumer product for private wishes, carried with care. |

Garnet Grid Consulting LLC is the parent and holding brand behind Garnet™, a bespoke private-AI build practice. Its core products are Garnet Uncensored™, a private AI; Garnet Mesh™, which meshes multiple machines into one private AI; and a full generation range across text, image, video, 3D, audio, and code. Garnet Grid also owns and operates a portfolio of AI properties: VertSolutions (generative-engine optimization, in-house, publication still to come), The Agent Marketplace (AI agents), The Garnet Wiki (knowledge), The Garnet Journal (content and research), and The Internet's Wishing Well (consumer). Family-office and private Garnet builds are scoped individually; enterprise builds are quoted on request.
Why this page exists
Beyond the product, you are choosing who answers for it.
A Garnet build is a machine that sits in your building for years. The sensible question before commissioning one runs past how good the demonstration looks: whether the people who built it will still be here to answer for it — and whether private AI is their actual work or a line of business they will leave when something easier comes along.
The portfolio above is the answer we can show rather than assert. Every property on it runs on the same stack a Garnet build runs on. The infrastructure is maintained because we depend on it too, and your build shares what that keeps standing.
What that means in practice
The tools were built for our own work first.
Generative-engine visibility, an agent marketplace, a knowledge base, a publication and a consumer product are one practice rather than adjacent hobbies. Each one needs models served reliably, documents indexed privately, agents that finish what they start, and operations somebody is actually watching — the same four problems a private AI has to solve in your building.
That is why the production lanes read the way they do. GEO, continuous architecture audit, cluster operations and a resident operations layer are the things we run for ourselves, offered to you. They were run first and offered second.
And what it stops short of
A portfolio is evidence rather than a guarantee.
Breadth is evidence that the practice is real, which is a different claim from large. If continuity matters to you — and on a machine holding your most confidential material it should — ask us directly what happens to your build if we stop trading, and hold us to the answer in writing. The hardware is under a managed lease and everything the system produces is yours; those are terms rather than sentiments.
If you would rather talk to a person than read another page, describe what you need and we will tell you honestly whether a Garnet is the right shape for it.
