Design my Garnet, a conversation with the engineer

As much or as little as you like. A sentence is enough to start.

An email address or a phone number.

A person reads every one of these — usually within 24 hours. What you write here reaches us by email and stays between us. It is used to answer you, and for that alone.

Or talk first

A thirty-minute call

If you would rather talk than type, pick a time and it lands in your calendar with a Google Meet link. The person on the call is the person who would design your build.

What happens next

  1. 1Scope
  2. 2Design
  3. 3Build & install
  4. 4Standing behind it

This conversation: your work, what has to stay confidential, and your threat model. Obligation-free, and unscripted.

A concrete proposal: the hardware, the software, the boundary, the timeline, and the number. You approve it before anything is built.

The system is assembled, tuned to your work, and installed where you want it. You're walked through it until it's genuinely yours.

The engineer who built it stays reachable. And because it runs entirely in your building, with the airgap a mode you switch on and the licence valid offline, the only switch that can turn it off is in your building. When your needs change, it changes with them.

Every reply is written by the person who would design your build.

  • Card-free and obligation-free; you commit when you decide to.
  • You'll know the exact system and the exact number first.
  • A personal reply, usually within 24 hours.

Builds start at $250,000 for a family office or private individual. Enterprise and institutional builds are scoped and priced individually, contact-only. New to all this? Start with the plain-English primer on what a private AI is, or read exactly what we can and can't see.
