A sixty-minute strategy session — $250
A dedicated hour with a senior engineer, booked properly. The deposit is refundable in full more than twenty-four hours before the session runs, and it comes off the engagement if we go ahead.
Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card details stay with them. Cancellation and refund terms are on Refunds.

One reporting cycle that took four days now takes about three hours, and runs unattended. We are describing our own work rather than quoting a client, because the client stays confidential — which is usually the reason people come to us in the first place.

How quickly can we start?
Discovery calls are usually within 48 hours. A build itself is specified before it is started, and that takes weeks rather than days — the machine is fitted to the work.
Is there a trial or a demo?
Every build is made for the person who will own it. What we can do is show you the system working on synthetic material, and talk through what yours would need.
What kind of work do you take?
Work where the material has to stay with you: legal and privileged documents, deal rooms, family and estate papers, patient data, unpublished research. The common thread is the constraint, whatever the industry.
Remote, hybrid or on site?
All three. The base is New York, and a machine that lives in your building usually means somebody visits it at least once.
What does an engagement cost?
Builds start at $250,000. Smaller pieces of advisory and engineering are published in full in the engagement catalogue, with the figure and the basis beside each one.
How is confidentiality handled?
